Mr. Smilie is a faculty member at PLHS and he works in the English Department with College Prep. Comp and English II. He has a teaching experience with both high school and college students.
He has been a faculty member at Ottawa High School and the University of Kansas. He has Bachelor Degree in Education from Pittsburgh State and a Master in English from the University of Kansas. He is now working on his Ph. D in Historical, Philosophical and Social Foundations of Education at the University of Kansas.
