Mr. Paramore teaches Conditioning and Freshman P.E. and has also been the Football Coach for 9 years now.

Mr. Paramore likes to spend time with his family, going fishing, working around the house/ yard and most outdoor recreational activities.
What he likes most about his job is to see students set goals, and watching them work hard to reach those goals.
His favorite food is steak/baked potato, but pizza is a close second he said. His greatest accomplishment to him; "hopefully I haven't reached it yet, but I hope it to be raising two kids that will be quality citizens."

 

Conditioning will focus on total body fitness and will include a weights program and an aerobic-based activity program.

Freshman P.E. Students will learn and develop basic skills of lifetime sports and physical fitness.

Squat
Clean
Alternative Lifts
 
There are also many other alternative lifts that work pretty much everything else including abs, triceps, biceps, then there are lunges that you can do that works your leg muscles and your flexibility.
