Geometry
In this course the student will become familiar with the basic properties of geometric form. Students will also study angle relationships, perpendicular and parallel lines and planes, congruent triangles, similar polygons, circles, arc angles, areas, and volumes.
Advanced Geometry
In this class the student will become familiar with the basic properties of geometric form. Inductive and deductive reasoning will be emphasized through proofs. Students will also study angle relationships, perpendicular and parallel lines and planes, congruent triangles, similar polygons, circles, arc angles, areas, and volumes.
Algebra II
This course is an extension of Algebra I, with more emphasis placed on subject matter material for college-bound students. Students will solve and apply both linear and quadratic equations and inequalities. Various number systems from natural to complex are discussed, and their properties are studied. Logarithms are introduced.
