Drama club does a lot of things. Like planting the flowers and tending to the flower beds out front of the school. But that's not all Drama club does, they also work on their acting skills and go on field trips.

On November 11, 2009 members of the Drama club went to K-State for three workshops and lunch. Then after the workshops and lunch they get to watch the dress rehearsal for "Guys And Dolls". The cost is $8 for a ticket and $3 for the bus. However, this doesn't include the cost of lunch. Students would've had to already signed up to go.

Students that went on the K-State trip are: Danielle Lawrence, Samantha Buchanon, Dawn Schultz, Olivia Schywhart, Jesse Bryant, Daryl Bennett, Julie Clement, Emilie Stansell, Chelsea Jacobson, Amy Payne, Bella Schaffer, Chris Wood, and possibly Lucas Rombach.

This year's drama club is huge, with 69 members. On December 8th the drama club is taking a trip to the Missouri Repertory Theater at the UMKC. They're going to watch A Christmas Story which starts at 10 A.M. The cost is $15.00 a ticket and $3.00 for the bus. You will need to bring money for lunch.

The drama club also is hoping to go to Civic Theater to see Shakespeare's "A Taming Of A Shrew".
