8th graders are making sunflowers out of spackle and cardboard. They look like real Sunflowers! Some are just one sunflower and others are multiple flowers. The colors make them look as if they are real.
The students draw the sunflower on the cardboard and the with the spackle go over it. The 8th grade students are studying Van-Gough and the sunflower. One sunflower has actual sunflower shells in the middle to make it more realistic. You can really see the values in the sunflowers.
